TUCSON, ARIZONA – The CCIM Chapters of Central and Southern Arizona will be hosting a virtual workshop on April 30, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, mandatory closures and restrictions for businesses across the globe have severely impacted their ability to generate revenue, increasing the possibility of lease default. While the inability of tenants to pay rent greatly concerns commercial real estate professionals – especially in the retail and office sectors – you can help provide much-needed mutually beneficial solutions. Modification Strategies and Solutions, learn how to identify the opportunities to assist tenants and owners in defining and implementing lease restructuring strategies that benefit both parties.

In this case-study driven course, you’ll receive real-world guidance and resources to help you:

  • Recognize opportunities to assist with lease modifications.
  • Learn how to analyze, evaluate, and provide creative solutions for modifications of existing leases using CCIM Institute tools and techniques.

A second renewal class will be held Friday, May 14, 2021 from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. This one is on Understanding Commercial Title, a Real Estate Legal Issue.

Licensees will learn the legal elements of a commercial title insurance policy, the critical importance of Schedule B items and how the terms of a commercial title insurance policy will determine whether or not your sale transaction is going to close.

This class if Free for 2021 Chapter Members and $20.00 for non-members
