The Portfolio consists of four Class A medical office campuses, with nine buildings in total, that are 80% leased to a large collection of some of the most dominant national and regional healthcare providers. The asset sold for $56 million ($311 PSF) for the 180,000-square-feet of office space.
The Properties are in two of the fastest growing markets in the country – Phoenix/Scottsdale and Denver. Each of the submarkets in the Portfolio features large, growing, affluent patient bases that are experiencing high patient volumes and growth.
