Adopt a pet 2SUN CITY, AZ– Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Sun City Bell branch, hosted an Adopt-A-Pet event in mid-April to benefit E-line Angels dog rescue and Cat’s World cat rescue.

Susan Bao, branch manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Sun City Bell, together with branch associates hosted the event, which resulted in four furry friends finding loving new homes in the Sun City area. Additionally, several requests were placed by attendees who sought to adopt specific breeds of rescued cats and dogs.

Adopta a pet 3“We had raffle prizes and a donation jar to raise funds for the two rescues. We raised $252 that we split equally among them, along with the food, toys, collars, and leashes collected, “said Bao.

When asked about meeting their goal Bao said, “This was our first year participating. At this time of year in a senior-aged demographic area, we managed to fill two 40-gallon containers with donations. adopt a pet 4 Our attendance over the 4-hour period was about 75 people, so I am very pleased.”
