Industrial Co-working Leader Expanding its Greater Phoenix Presence to Nearly Two Million Square Feet
PHOENIX, ARIZONA, Feb. 14, 2023 – Cubework.com, Inc., a rapidly expanding national industrial co-working company, has signed a lease for a full building totaling 916,150 square feet at Cotton 303 Logistics Center, 6801 N. Cotton Ln. in Glendale, AZ. This lease brings the company’s Greater Phoenix presence to nearly two million square feet.
“This long-term lease marks the second sizable expansion for Cubework in the last year,” says Don MacWilliam, executive vice president with Colliers in Arizona. “The Loop 303 Corridor offered the perfect location for this growing company to expand its services for their Arizona and Southwest Region client base.”
Don MacWilliam and Payson MacWilliam represented the landlord of Cotton 303 Logistics Center, Heitman Capital Management, LLC, in the lease negotiations. Cubework was represented by Kander Pacific, Inc. The company signed a long-term lease for the space.
The sizable industrial warehouse/distribution building is located at the southwest corner of the Loop 303 and Glendale Avenue. The building is owned by Chicago-based Heitman Capital Management and was developed by The Pizzuti Companies of Columbus, OH.
Based in City of Industry, CA, Cubework is the fastest-growing industrial workspace company in the United States. The company offers on-demand warehouse units and co-working spaces complete with on-site staff. Cubework took occupancy of the Cotton 303 Logistics Center building February 1.
