TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Dirty T Automotive LLC (Kevin Arroyos, Manager) purchased the auto repair building where they were a tenant at 3350 N. Oracle Road in Tucson from Oracle Properties Limited Partnership of El Paso, TX for $790,000 ($98 PSF).

The 7,650-square-foot building on a 32,960-square-foot lot was built in 1982 as a Meineke Car Care Center. It has 4 drive thru service bays, a lube pit and rear storage yard, located south of Yavapai Road on Oracle Road, with high traffic count.

The Dirty T is a full-service auto repair shop with 25 years of experience.
