Luxury interior design firm to move into 8,500-square-foot space near Scottsdale Airport in the new year

Scottsdale, Ariz. (Dec. 21, 2023) — Luxury interior design firm, Est Est Interior Design, one of the oldest design firms in the Valley, has announced its plans to move into a new office space near Scottsdale Quarter after 25 years in its current space.

Est Est will move its 15-person team into a newly-renovated 8,500-square-foot suite at Cornwell Corporate Centre, located at 14822 N 73rd Street, in February 2024.

“It has taken more than a year of searching to identify an ideal space for the next chapter of Est Est,” said Blake Sutton, president of Est Est Interior Design. “Our industry has changed a lot since we moved to our current location 25 years ago, and we want to be positioned to provide the best service possible to our clients. I’m thrilled to have found a space that will better demonstrate our work and expertise and that offers a vibrant and inspiring work environment to our skilled team of designers.”

Located near the Scottsdale Airport, the new offices are freshly renovated and move-in ready. Working with its industry partners from across the nation, this new facility will feature a brand-new resource library. The design team will have the latest and greatest the design world has to offer available at their fingertips. The new office will also feature a large flex space dedicated to active projects, allowing the design team to adapt to the needs of each client.

Est Est is the original owner of its current 16,000 square-foot building, constructed in 1998 and located on Pacesetter Way off the 101 and Pima/Princess in North Scottsdale. With the new move, Sutton plans to add two to four designers to its 15-person team.
