The seller was RJ Broadway, LLC, Richard Volk, manager.
A former 'Holy Smokin' Butts barbeque' restaurant, the property is being redeveloped into a Filiberto’s Mexican Food restaurant. Price handled the lease with Filiberto's as well. This will be Filiberto's ninth location in Tucson.
The transaction closed on July 26, 2023.
