TUCSON, ARIZONA, January 20, 2023 – The former Boston Market at 6610 E Grant Road in Tucson sold for $1.7 million ($561 PSF).

The buyers were 51 McDowell, LLC c/o Rick Volk and 670 W Valencia, LLC c/o Jeramy Price, both brokers with VOLK Company in Tucson.

The 3,028-square-foot building on a 19,045-square-foot lot was built in 1994 and closed in 2019 and the building has been vacant since that time.  The property was sold for lease to a new restaurant concept.

“We have had interest from several restaurant users,” Volk said. “We also in discussions on dividing the building for several users. The property offers a lot of flexibility with its drive-thru and marquee signage on Grant Road near Tanque Verde.”

An out pad to the Albertson’s Shopping Center at the southwest corner of Tanque Verde and Grant, other services nearby include Chick-fil-A, Beds & Mattresses Store, McDonalds, and Chipotle.

The seller was a Private Trust from Chicago.
