MARANA, ARIZONA -- Pulte Homes closed on 96 lots (50'X120') in Block 26 of Gladden Farms for $5,280,000 ($55,000 per finished lot). The lots were purchased from by Gladden Phase II, LLC (Crown West Land Group, Dean Wingert, Vice President).
Gladden Farms is a 1,350-acre master planned community in northern Marana, just west of Interstate 10 between Tangerine and Moore Roads. The master-plan has been a top performing community in the Tucson area for many years and is one of the most active projects in the Northwest Tucson submarket.
Pulte will join Richmond American, Lennar, Meritage Homes, and KB Home in a very active homebuilder roster in the master-plan. The acquisition comes on the heels of recent closings by Richmond American Homes and Lennar in July.
Will White and John Carroll of Land Advisors Organization in Tucson handled the transactions and have the marketing assignment on all of Gladden Farms.
"2020 has proven to be an extraordinary year for Gladden Farms and the Tucson housing market," White commented. "It is great to see the strength of sales pace at Gladden Farms which gets stronger by the month. With several homebuilders active in this community, we expect the momentum to continue for some time. Our main goal, currently, is to get more lots available to homebuilders so they can continue without interruption.”
