TUCSON, AZ – Halo Lash boutique has leased shop space in the San Clemente Shopping Center, located at 3835 East Broadway Blvd at the northwest corner of Broadway and Alvernon.  Nic Chavira of Tango Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant and Greg Furrier of Cushman & Wakefield | Picor represented the building owner.

Owned by Tucson entrepreneur and sole proprietor Michelle Ross, Halo Lash offers eyelash extension services. Ross said she expects to employ four technicians at this original location. The boutique is now open and accepts walk-ins during business hours from Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Appointments are strongly suggested.  A Grand Opening is anticipated in September, according to Ross.

As Ross describes her company’s primary service, Halo Lash applies one silk lash for every natural lash with medical grade adhesive for a fuller look. Clients may choose from multiple lengths, curls and thicknesses. The whole procedure takes 1.5 to 2 hours and costs $110 for a first visit. The lashes last from three to five weeks and fills are available for $60. For more information, visit www.halolash.com.

“Tango Commercial Real Estate works with a diverse range of clients,” said Bob Davis, partner. “We enjoy the thrill of the hunt, finding suitable spaces for our clients whether they are local start ups like Halo Lash or large, out-of-state tech companies looking to expand into Tucson.

Headed by Davis and business partner Thomas Hunt, Tango Commercial Real Estate commenced doing business in June of 2015. The pair offers more than 50 years of combined experience to clients seeking commercial real estate services in Tucson. “We know Tucson, we love what we do and we always aim to be our clients’ partners in success,” Davis said.
