The property has two buildings with a total of 22,636 square feet and nine tenants. Built in 1979, the center is located at Tucson’s busiest intersection with 80,000 cars per day.
Tenants include: Pet Club, Audio Express, Shogun Sushi, and more. Denny’s is an anchor tenant at an out pad at the center just north of the Tucson Mall, Tucson's largest regional mall.
The transaction closed December 21, 2022.
The investor is JVZ Greystones Trust of Highland Park, IL that purchased the property from The River Equities, LLC of Tucson c/o Joel Katz, manager. John Redfield with SRS Real Estate Partners of Newport Beach represented the seller.
