TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Jet Wash at 22nd, LLC (Joel DeConcini, manager) purchased a 2,802-square-foot retail building located at 4702 E. 22nd St. in Tucson, from CF Holdings, LLC (Chazal Farhang, manager). The eastside investment property with 34,848 square feet of C-2 zoned land sold for land value and was purchased for $1 million ($28.70 PSF).
The property was a former Capin’s Car Wash and more recently leased as a used car lot.
The buyer plans to scrape lot for construction of a new state-of-the-art system used by Jet Wash Express Car Wash, with no rails to damage rims. No Rails makes it safe for any vehicle, from Ferraris to dually trucks, the company advertises.
This will be Jet Wash Express’ second location in Tucson, the first is located at 4657 E Valencia Rd in Tucson.
