Following the discussion, participants can attend a CE Credit renewal class titled "Broker Management Clinic # 2: Broker Policies (Commercial)" in the category of Commissioners Rules. The Designated Broker will learn how to develop Broker Supervision Policies, the required Policy & Procedures Manual, and an Independent Contractor Agreement in compliance with the Commissioner's Rules. This is the ONLY Broker Management Clinic specific to commercial real estate offered in Arizona.
