Phoenix – CBRE is pleased to announce that Juanita Mebane has been named Client Services Manager for the Phoenix market. In her new role, Mebane is responsible for managing, training and developing client services staff ensuring CBRE’s brokerage teams are able to offer the highest level of service to their clients.

She is a tenured, well-respected member of the CBRE team and will be a perfect addition to our management staff,” said CBRE’s Director of Operations Cathy Teeter. “Juanita’s intimate knowledge of what it takes to be a successful part of a brokerage team, coupled with her excellent communication and organizational skills, provide an advantage in guaranteeing she will be an excellent leader and mentor for our client services staff.”
Mebane began her real estate career in 2004 when she joined CBRE in a temporary position. Within a year she had been hired full time as a Client Services Specialist with brokerage teams specializing in office leasing and retail investment properties. In this role she quickly became a vital member of the team, better allowing them to provide best-in-class real estate services to their clients.
Mebane holds a BA in criminal justice from Saint Martin’s University in Lacey, Washington where she played four years of collegiate basketball. She also holds her Arizona Real Estate License. Outside of CBRE, Mebane is currently an assistant women’s basketball coach at South Mountain Community College and for the past eight years she has also been one of the head coaches for an elite girls’ club-basketball organization known as the Arizona Venom.
