Award-winning Agent Serves as Tenant Representation Broker

PHOENIX, ARIZONA – Justin M. Himelstein has joined Colliers in Arizona as a Senior Vice President handling tenant representation in the office properties sector.  The award-winning agent brings 18 years of experience to the position.

“We are thrilled to have Justin and his junior agent, Jake Bonnell, join the Colliers team,” says Senior Managing Director Bob Mulhern.  “Justin has handled more than $1 billion in business during his career, representing a diverse group of corporate clients.  His expertise, combined with our company platform and culture, promise to be a great match for Colliers’ clients.”

Himelstein recently served as a senior vice president in the Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions group at Transwestern.  During his career, he has negotiated more than 750 transactions, representing tenants in a variety of industries.  Himelstein has been recognized as a “top producer” for 12 consecutive years.

In addition to his commercial real estate career, Himelstein works diligently on community service endeavors.  He is involved in the Arizona Animal Humane Society, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Arizona and Hospice of the Valley.  He also volunteers with Madison Little League.

Himelstein holds a degree in Business Real Estate from University of Arizona and is an active member of NAIOP.
