The additions, totaling more than 300,000 square feet across office, medical, retail, flex/R&D, and corporate facilities, reflect the continued strength of the region’s business community and rising demand for professional property management.
The portfolio totals seven assets, including several with notable tenants in the technology, medical, and bioscience sectors:

Tenants include Cloverleaf Networks, a provider of integrated internet, cybersecurity, cloud, and connectivity solutions for businesses.
- Lincoln Medical Plaza – 27,854 SF medical | 7125 E. Lincoln Drive, Paradise Valley
Tenants include Benessair Health and Clear Dermatology, led by Dr. Brenda Latowsky, who participates in clinical research.
- Paradise Valley Specialty Surgery Center – 21,280 SF medical | 5316 E. Shea Boulevard, Scottsdale
