SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA – Land Advisors Organization Scottsdale is pleased to announce the sale of 154 partially-improved lots within the master-planned community of Tortosa, which is located in Maricopa, Arizona. The property sold for $4.95 million to KB Home and is near the NEC of Hartman Road and Bowlin Road.
The sale was arranged on behalf of the seller by Bret Rinehart, Ryan Semro, Ben Heglie and Greg Vogel, who specialize in home builder developments and master-planned communities throughout Arizona for Land Advisors Organization’s Metro Phoenix office. The firm continues to advise clients on this product type and is working on several similar projects in the area.
