PHOENIX, Ariz. – May 25, 2023 – Landmark Title Assurance Agency recently hired Kathy Thomas to the newly added position of Unit Manager for the company's growing Prescott office. Landmark Title, headquartered at the Esplanade, opened its Prescott office in 2021 to expand its services in northern Arizona. The company now operates eight offices in Arizona and two in Nevada.

Thomas is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience as an escrow officer. Prior to joining Landmark Title, Thomas spent the majority of her career with national firms. Thomas is an Arizona native that grew up in Flagstaff and attended Coconino Community College where she studied business and accounting. As Unit Manager for Landmark Title, Thomas will focus on serving clients for both residential and commercial transactions.
