Kim Kleski of Kleski & Associates

PHOENIX, Arizona – Kimberly A. Kleski, a registered landscape architect with more than 20 years of experience, has launched her own firm, Kleski & Associates.

Kleski, PLA, LEED BD+C, previously was head of the Landscape Architecture Department at Olsson Associates. She was responsible for marketing, contracts, conceptual and final designs, managing her team, project billings, and tracking future opportunities.

As owner and sole proprietor of Kleski & Associates, she will oversee contract negotiation, project management, discipline coordination, construction management, and the preparation of construction documents and specifications.

“Starting my own design firm has been a dream of mine since graduating college,” Kleski said. “Growing up and watching my dad create his architecture firm of Kleski & Associates, I felt it was my time to honor him by carrying on the company name. I look forward to providing the same level of customer service that kept my dad in business for over 30 years.”

Kleski is a native of Dayton, Ohio, and was raised in Waynesville, Ohio. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture at Ohio State University.

Kleski is involved with various industry groups in the Valley including USGBC, ALCA, ASLA, and Valley Partnership. She is executive board secretary for the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association.

She served as co-chair of the 2016 Valley Partnership Community Project at Sunshine Acres in Mesa. She led the design efforts for the 2015 Valley Partnership Community Project at the Florence Crittenton Scottsdale Girls Ranch.
