TUCSON, AZ (October 26, 2026) — Ten lease transactions totaling 73,222 square feet were reported this week, led by Hexagon Mining Inc.’s renewal and expansion totaling 54,496 square feet on East Elvira Road. Activity included six new leases totaling 9,902 square feet and four renewals, including Hexagon’s expansion, totaling 63,320 square feet. Industrial transactions accounted for 58,096 square feet, followed by office and medical office with 12,803 square feet and retail with 2,323 square feet.
