First phase consists of 101 new High Performance, single-family homes
Goodyear, AZ. (September 15, 2023) – Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or the “Company”), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that it has officially launched sales for the first phase of El Cidro in Goodyear, Arizona, which consists of 101 new single-family homes.

Located just 20 minutes west of Phoenix, homes at El Cidro feature all-new layouts inspired for today’s lifestyle with exterior designs including Spanish, Craftsman and Desert Prairie. Homes range from 1,776 to 3,045 square feet with five different floorplans. Homes include an option to convert studies, teen rooms and lofts into additional bedrooms along with the option to select finishes via the Landsea Homes Design Center.
Select floorplans also offer a LiveGen™suite option, which provides a private living space for extended family or additional room for guests. Pre-model prices begin at $404,990* and model homes are anticipated to open next month.
Phase two will consist of 160 homes and is anticipated to come online in late 2024. The community features an array of amenities including various tot lots in each subdivision, a large community park with shade structures, BBQ grills, and volleyball and basketball courts.
