Tucson, AZ. (January 15, 2025)  – Larsen Baker, through its affiliate Campbell Hedrick Associate Developers, LLC, has acquired the former Fabrics That Go building located on Campbell, south of Fort Lowell, at 3105 N Campbell Ave., Tucson, Arizona, for $1,600,000 ($44 PSF) for the 36,258 square feet of C-1 land.

Larsen Baker plans to redevelop the site with a new retail building for a restaurant and other high-end retail users. More information will follow.

Esther Empens, with Tierra Antigua, represented the buyer, and Jim Buchanan, with EXP Realty, represented the seller.
