Lee Associates Arizona brought both sides of the deal to the table. Matt Hobaica, SIOR, Principal, represented the buyer, KJB Supply Co., while Jeff Conrad and Andy Ogan, Principals, represented the seller, John & Barbara Dadam Family Trust.
KJB Supply, dba Big D Floor Covering Supplies, is a Phoenix-based floor covering and home furnishings company. “East Broadway Rd. has attracted several fl ooring companies and was a logical choice for Big D to locate to,” said Hobaica.
Built in 1973, the masonry constructed building, which sits on a 2.06 acre lot, features up to 18’ clear height, 2 grade level doors, 2 dock high doors, heavy power and 2,713 SF of offi ce space. The property enjoys frontage on Broadway Rd. and is close to the I-10 Freeway and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
