SAHUARITA, AZ (December 9th, 2024) -- National homebuilder, Lennar, has closed its second community in Rancho Sahuarita’s next phase of residential development, Entrada Del Toro, for $6.8 million ($85,000 per lot) on December 3, 2024.

Entrada Del Toro consists of 934 lots in total, the majority of which are already sold or in escrow with five national homebuilders. KB Home previously closed on 93 lots and Richmond American closed on 83 lots in the neighborhood earlier this year. The remaining closings are expected in 2025 and 2026.
