TUCSON, AZ (Aug. 31, 2026) -- Tucson’s commercial lease report recorded 10 new leases totaling 19,386 square feet during the week of August 24 through August 28, plus one 1,200 square foot office renewal. The week was led by Blue Flag Model Trains’ 5,520 square foot industrial lease on South Palo Verde Road. Retail activity accounted for six of the new transactions, including new locations for Scented Leaf Tea House, Wingstop, El Sol Beef and Nico’s Express Mexican Food. One office renewal totaling 1,200 square feet was also reported.
