The Premier, Summit, and Discovery collections are now actively selling with models opening December 19 in the Montecito village at Estrella. Prices range from $368,990 to $454,990. In 2024, Lennar purchased 359 lots at Estrella as part of a larger acquisition totaling 508 homesites. Another homebuilder also acquired lots in Montecito, underscoring the strong demand for new housing in Goodyear, one of the fastest-growing communities in the U.S.
