TUCSON (January 24, 2024) -- Kerry and Kim Bergman purchased 3775 E 43rd Place, Tucson, from DBL Systems 2, LLC; the 13,650 SF industrial building on 2.02 acres for $2.1 million ($154 PSF).
Built in 1979, the property was most recently used by Southern Tire Mart and Redburn Tire, with two grade level doors and 20-foot ceiling height, and a fenced lot.
The buyer plans to owner-occupy it dba CPM Laboratories, a company that builds specialized prefabricated laboratories for sale and lease that are shipped worldwide.
“CPM Laboratories have been installed worldwide in locations that define the word “Extreme,” the company explains on its website. “From the hot desert sands of Iraq to the bone-chilling winters of Northern Canada, CPM has consistently placed our laboratories in these environments with great success. Our laboratories can be placed virtually anywhere on the globe.”
