WICKENBURG, Ariz., April 11, 2023 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services, announced today the sale of Black Hills Land, 512 acres of land located in Wickenburg, Arizona.
The asset sold for $3,500,000 ($6,836 per acre).
The buyer, a limited liability company, was procured by Chris Doty, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office.
Black Hills Land is located west of Wickenburg Municipal Airport at Black Mountain Road in Wickenburg, Arizona. The property consisted of seven different parcels across two locations totaling 512 acres.
