Matt Harper, CCIM

Avondale, AZ – Matt Harper, CCIM, of Phoenix West Commercial, LLC was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute.  Harper was one of the 201 industry professionals who earned the CCIM designation during the organization’s 2016 Annual Governance Meetings October 24-28 at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead in Atlanta. The CCIM Institute confers the CCIM designation, commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement.

To earn the prestigious CCIM designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than 160 hours of case-study driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and ethics in commercial investment real estate.  Candidates must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination.

Harper obtained his real estate license in 2007 and worked for West USA Premier Properties selling residential real estate. Most recently, Matt and his family returned from living overseas in both Japan and South Korea while working for the Department of Defense as a school guidance counselor (2010-2014).  Harper specializes in Land and Retail sales and leasing in the West Valley and throughout the State of Arizona.
