PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- NAI Horizon Senior Vice President Denise Nunez negotiated the $2.025 million sale of a self-storage facility at 13360 W. Van Buren St., in Goodyear, Ariz.

Nunez represented both the seller and the buyer. Bar-K Development II LLC sold the 34,093-square-foot facility, High Security Self Storage, to River Crossing Goodyear LLC.

“This was a great value add property for the buyer who currently owns another self-storage operation in the market area,” Nunez said. “Their plans are to increase the net rentable square footage for self-storage at the site.”

High Security Self Storage sits on 3.43 acres in Goodyear. It is located between Dysart Road and Central Avenue on the north side of Van Buren. It serves the Goodyear and Avondale areas. Amenities include secure units, drive-up access, RV/car/boat parking, and interior storage.
