PHOENIX, ARIZONA (June 12, 2024)—NAI Horizon represented the buyer, a Mesa, Arizona-based construction company expanding to Southern Arizona and creating hundreds of jobs, in the $1 million acquisition of an industrial building in Coolidge, Arizona.
NAI Horizon Executive Vice President Jeffrey Garza Walker, MRED, MBA, represented Superstition Frame and Drywall in acquiring a 14,000 SF warehouse at 425 S. Main St., in Coolidge.

We met with the (Coolidge) Mayor who lauded this as being very impactful to his community.”
The asset, built in 1988, features a 5,000 SF yard, a ceiling height of 16 feet, and one grade-level door (20 feet by 20 feet). The single-tenant freestanding building sits on .42 acres.
The seller was Spillman Koplin, LLC of Tempe, Arizona.
