PHOENIX, ARIZONA (July 10, 2024) – NAI Horizon, on behalf of USA Pickleball, successfully facilitated a new warehouse lease in Tempe, Arizona.

This strategic move comes in response to the national governing body’s significant growth in tournament operations and efforts to better support their expanding community and members.

The newly leased warehouse will serve as a central hub for storing tournament equipment and USA Pickleball Serves, the charitable arm of USA Pickleball, community impact support items. This facility will enhance the governing body’s ability to efficiently manage and distribute tournament resources, ensuring seamless support for the increasing number of tournaments and charitable impact nationwide.

“We are thrilled to assist the USA Pickleball Association in finding a warehouse that meets its growing needs,” said NAI Horizon Associate Whitney Heritage. “This lease represents a critical step in supporting its continued expansion of the sport.”

The landlord, Fifth Street Commerce Center, LLC, was represented by Cory Breinholdt with Commercial Property Inc.
