TUCSON, ARIZONA -- An operator of dollar stores from Phoenix purchased the former 9,180-square-foot former Family Dollar store at 3960 N Stone for $675,000 ($74 PSF) and plans to open and operate a discount store in the location.

Built in 2005, the property is well parked with 54 parking spaces and good visibility at Roger Road and Stone Avenue in Tucson.

The buyer does business in Phoenix under the name of Zzang Discount Outlet and Super 99 Cent Center. Items range from dollar items and up, toys, cleaning supplies, food, beauty supplies, tools, school supplies, kitchen, glassware, party supplies, and more.
