SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.-Resolute Management Group (RMG) announced recently that they have launched a new private equity fund. Rarified Income Fund, LLC (RIF) is an asset-based investment fund focused on small balance real estate (SBRE) lending within the United States, with a regional focus on the Southwest and primarily the major metropolitan areas within Arizona.
Responding to key opportunities in the current marketplace, the Fund will focus on loans to developers and investors for acquisition and/or rehabilitation of commercial, multifamily properties and non-owner occupied single-family residential properties. RIF will acquire these loans secured by real property nationwide, with strategic emphasis in Arizona’s market.
Phil Sollomi, a principal and founding member of the Fund said, “We will be targeting almost exclusively commercial property types such as office, retail, industrial and multifamily, along with in-fill commercial land. Being that the market is inefficient, Rarified Income Fund can help turn those inefficiencies into opportunities that have the ability to provide above average risk adjusted returns for the capital sources that invest in these assets.”
In addition, the Fund will capitalize on investment opportunities in other 506 Regulation D Funds such as Fund to Fund investments. The benefit to the investor is that Resolute Management Group will have the opportunity to further diversify the Fund’s holdings over a variety of investments with varying real estate asset-based investment strategies.
About Resolute Management Group: RMG, as fund manager, will have the opportunity to further diversify the Fund’s holdings over a variety of investments with varying real estate asset based investment strategies. The Manager also believes this process can produce superior risk adjustment returns for Rarified Income Fund.
About Scottsdale Private Lending: Scottsdale Private Lending, LLC, is a licensed Mortgage Broker in Arizona and is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. SPL will act as an originator to the Fund and has positioned itself in the private lending arena in such a way that it is regularly retained to provide such funding for a diverse group of borrowers who see the value in private lending for their real estate investment needs.
