TUCSON, ARIZONA – DSW Commercial Real Estate announced the ground breaking on a new retail center this week, a stand-alone Starbucks and 8,000-square-feet of multi-tenant retail space.

Starbucks Corporation will be leasing a 2,200-square-foot Build-To-Suit for a new single-tenant building with a drive-thru pad at the northeast corner of Speedway Blvd & 6th Ave. Starbucks is the first of several tenants to follow in this new 10,000 -square-feet Class “A” retail and restaurant development.

The stand-alone Starbucks is being constructed at 203 East Speedway Blvd. in Tucson in the shopping center known as University Commons at Feldmans.

The landlord was represented by Michael Sarabia and James Hardman of DSW Commercial Real Estate. The tenant was represented by Greg Furrier of Cushman WAKEFIELD/PICOR.

Mobileone LLC (dba T-Mobile) has also signed a lease for approximately 1,800-square-feet at 243 E Speedway Bvd. at University Commons at Feldmans.

The landlord was represented by Michael Sarabia and James Hardman of DSW Commercial Real Estate and the tenant represented by Paul Holland of Colliers International.
