TUCSON, ARIZONA, March 15, 2023 – Olé Mexican Grill (Ernest Aguirre, manager), a family-owned and operated business, recently bought their building at 2080 W Orange Grove Road in Tucson for $2.5 million ($425 PSF).

Built in 2001, the multitenant retail building at the northeast corner of Orange Grove and La Cholla is 5,888 square feet on 1.18- acres and sold fully occupied, with Olé Mexican Grill occupying about 60 percent of the building.

Other tenants in the building are Domino Pizza and Zona Smoke Shop.

The buyers have been in this location since 2002, with their Sonoran-style food, serving everything from appetizers to desserts. Open for your favorite breakfast taco, Olé Burros, or chimichangas, Olé Mexican Grill serves the best chili rellenos in town.

Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it’s open from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm daily.

The seller, 2080 Orange Grove, LLC of Nogales, bought the property in 2017 for $1.86 million.
