TUCSON, AZ (November 1, 2023) – Nick Miner, CCIM and JT Taylor of ORION Investment Real Estate, reports selling a multitenant, owner/user office complex in Tucson, Arizona for $2,050,000.00, or $132/Sq. Ft.

Tucson is the second-largest city in the state of Arizona, and the 52nd-largest city in the United States. It is located in Pima County, in the Sonoran Desert. Tucson is known for its warm climate, beautiful scenery, and rich culture. Tucson is also home to the University of Arizona, a major research university.  Tucson is a popular tourist destination known for its Saguaro National Park, Kitt Peak National Observatory, and Pima Air & Space Museum.

Nick Miner, CCIM, Senior Vice President at ORION commented, “Our client was expanding his presence in Tucson and wanted to purchase an office building versus leasing.”  Miner continued, “The property that was selected worked because it had in place income from other tenants with a vacant space that would work well for his business.”

Taylor added, “This was in the target area of where I client wanted to be.”

This is the second property Miner and Taylor has helped the buyer with in the past 12 months.

Buyer, H26ONE, LLC, was represented by Miner and Taylor of ORION Investment Real Estate.

Seller, Siegmund Properties, LLC, was represented by Ryan McGregor of Picor.
