Family-Owned Multifamily Real Estate Firm Welcomes Marissa Worley On Board
PHOENIX, Arizona -- P.B. Bell, a leader in multifamily housing development, property management and acquisitions, recently welcomed Marissa Worley, a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), to the firm as the financial controller.
Bringing with her more than 13 years of accounting experience, Worley is responsible for overseeing the activities and operations of P.B. Bell’s accounting department, as well as maintaining an effective system of accounting records. Her new role requires her to sustain a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results.
Prior to her work in multifamily development, Worley’s previous experience consists of homebuilding, manufacturing and staffing. She began her career in homebuilding, dedicating more than 5 years at KB Home. She later transitioned into the manufacturing industry where she held a 5-year position at Bar-S Foods. Her responsibilities included overseeing the reporting and planning departments to ensure cost-effective spending.

Worley graduated with both a Bachelors of Accountancy and Masters of Accountancy from New Mexico State University before relocating to the Phoenix Valley.
