Rocket Lister Acquires $5.7M Office Building in Tempe, AZ for New Headquarters

Phoenix, AZ. (December 19, 2025) – Rocket Lister, a Phoenix-based residential real estate marketing company, has purchased a two-story, 46,804-square-foot office building at 4625 S. Wendler Drive in Tempe, Arizona. The company acquired the asset for $5,700,000 and will benefit from more than $1 million in Class A tenant improvements completed by the previous owner.
