TUCSON, AZ (April 11, 2024) – Two Tucson sites were acquired for Angie’s Lobster and Angie’s Prime Grill. The restaurant building at 2574 N Campbel Ave in Tucson sold for $1.4 million ($520. PSF) to be redeveloped as Agie’s Prime Grill, planned to open in Summer 2024.
Steven Hansen, Greg Saltz, and Marty Olejarczk with GPS Commercial Advisors in Phoenix represented the seller, a Scottsdale-based family trust. Dave Hammack with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the buyer, Scottsdale-based Fortis Development, in the transaction.
Angie’s Lobster will be at Wilmot Place at the southwest corner of Broadway and Wilmot in Tucson. A 21,000-square-foot pad at 110 S Wilmot sold for $1.1 million ($52.37 PSF) for a 1,156-square-foot drive-thru building, planned to open in the fall of 2024.

Salad and Go founders Tony and Roushan Christofellis created their new company, Angie’s Food Concepts, in 2021 to build two new concepts: Angie’s Lobster and Angie’s Prime Grill. They’ve since sold the Salad and Go chain with its 40 locations. The company currently operates eight eateries, including four that feature both banners and four new Angie’s Lobster drive-thrus are being built in the Phoenix market.
