The owner of the center is Ruby Road Enterprises, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented the Landlord and Mike Ord with DL Slaughter represented the tenant on this transaction.
RETAIL – 15855 N GREENWAY HAYDEN LOOP, SCOTTSDALE, AZ
A lease for 2,069-square-feet at GH Commerce Loop Center to Grand Canyon Home Supply, LLC was recently consummated. The location of the property is 15855 N. Greenway Hayden Loop, Suite 170 in Scottsdale, AZ. The owner of the center is K2H GH Loop, LLC. The location of the property is east of the southeast corner of Bell Rd and Litchfield Rd (the Sprouts center) in Surprise, AZ. This is the first location for Papa’s Gourmet Tacos.
