The following leases were reported to Real Estate Daily News for the Phoenix Lease report during the week of March 6 thru 10, 2017.

RETAIL - CHANDLER SUNSET PLAZA, CHANDLER
A Retail Lease for 37,092-square-feet within Chandler Sunset Plaza at NEC of Ray Rd & Rural Rd in Chandler, AZ to Aspire Fitness was recently consummated. The owner of the center is Chandler Sunset, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Tenant; and Greg Laing and Taylor Laing of Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the Tenant on this transaction.

OFFICE- 1840 N 95th AVE, PHOENIX
NAI Horizon represented the landlord in a long-term lease at West 101 Business Center at 1840 N. 95th Ave., in Phoenix.  NAI Horizon Senior Vice President Tyler Smith represented ViaWest Group of Phoenix in the lease of 18,000-square-feet of the 118,000-sqaure-foot building.  “Southwest Network is expanding and relocating to West 101 Business Center from the Garden Lakes area in the Southwest Valley,” Smith said. “The new location is a good fit for this growing company.”  The tenant is Southwest Network, an Arizona non-profit organization. It was represented by Michael Waxman of Levrose Commercial Real Estate.

OFFICE – 2600 N CENTRAL AVE., PHOENIX
CMOC International has recently signed a 7-plus year, 16,299-square-foot office lease at 2600 Tower, 2600 N. Central Ave., Phoenix.  Lee & Associates Associate Michael Marsh, Principals Craig Coppola and Andrew Cheney and Associate, Gregg Kafka, negotiated the transaction on behalf of CMOC. JLL brokers represented the property ownership, Adler Realty Investments, Inc., Woodland Hills, CA. CMOC International is a worldwide molybdenum and tungsten mining company based in the People’s Republic of China. The Phoenix office will house an office management center. They are moving from a Camelback Corridor location. Built in 1982, 2600 Tower offers light rail service directly along Central Ave., high-quality amenities, abundant parking, expansive city views and numerous cultural and dining venues within walking distance.

RETAIL – SEC ELLIOT and DOBSON, PHOENIX
A lease for 3,050-square-feet at Elliot Square to Cellular Sales of AZ was recently consummated. The location of the property is Elliot / Dobson - SEC.  Jim Edwards of Rein & Grossoehme represented the owner. Ryan Manteuffel of Hawkins Companies Commercial Developers represented the tenant.
