TUCSON, AZ (February 8, 2024) – California investors purchased the Pinecrest Neighborhood Center at 4805-4897 E Speedway Blvd. in Tucson, at Speedway and Swan, for $3.5 million ($78.38 PSF) in an all cash deal.
The 44,653-square-foot center sold as a value-added investment and was 88% occupied when it sold on January 31, 2024.
With 19 potential spaces, the center had two vacant spaces when it sold. Tenants were local businesses such as Carniceria los Toritos, Jeri’s Uniforms, Jay’s Beads Jewelry & Gifts, Arizona Golf Exchange, Blessingdale’s Thrift Shop, Sew-Nice Tailor Shop, Hair Technics, New Life Health Center, 99 Cents Store, Bai Thong Restaurant, Nexus Books & Oddities, Life Spa, Liberty Tax Service, and Paintball Headquarters.
The seller was Tucson-based Staff of Life, LLC, and was represented by Ellen Golden and Claud Smith with Goldsmith Real Estate in Tucson.
