TUCSON, ARIZONA (Feb. 8, 2023) -- Parking Managment Company (PMC) has announced the acquisition of Pueblo Parking Systems, LLC, a provider of parking services headquartered in Tucson, AZ. The company was acquired in February of 2023.

PMC is a hyper-growth, employee-owned hospitality parking services provider and commercial parking management company providing an unparalleled level of service for hotels, commercial lots and garages, hospitals, and event venues. PMC serves hundreds of clients from coast to coast. Pueblo Parking Systems is the premier downtown resource for third party management of enclosed parking structures and parking lots in downtown Tucson, AZ. Pueblo Parking Systems manages over 1,100 parking spaces downtown. Pueblo’s team has a proven track record since their founding in 2002 of helping owners maximize their revenue and asset performance.

“Pueblo Parking Systems and their team are a perfect fit with PMC culturally. We look forward to partnering further in the city of Tucson and throughout Arizona as PMC continues to expand its national scope,” said Tim Bewley, Chief Investment Officer for PMC.

Co-owned by Swain and Erik Chapman, Pueblo Parking Systems’ presence in Arizona significantly strengthens PMC’s offerings in the market – PMC now offers over 1,200 parking spaces in Tucson.

“We were attracted to PMC by the company’s focus on their people, partners, and product. It’s a perfect fit,” said Erik Chapman.

“This new partnership with Pueblo Parking Systems and our continued growth in the state of Arizona creates a very exciting time for PMC,” said Matt Cahill, President of PMC.

“With the acquisition of Pueblo Parking Systems, PMC adds to our commercial division and expands our footprint further West,” said Tee McCarley, CEO of PMC.
