San Luis, Arizona (September 7, 2023) Portable Practical Educational Preparation, Inc., also known as PPEP, Inc., is an Arizona non-profit organization headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, founded in 1967 by Dr. John David Arnold.

PPEP purchased the retail building at 683 N Main St. in San Luis, AZ for $1,250,00 ($104 PSF).

PPEP, Inc. plans to occupy at least 50% of the 12,050-square-foot property for its Multiple Service programs - The National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP) is a nationally directed, locally administered program of services for migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their dependents. The facility will also house PMHDC which offers a range of microloans to small businesses in southern Arizona that reside in Yuma, Cochise, Santa Cruz, Pima, Pinal, Maricopa, Gila, and Graham Counties.

This property has frontage off Main Street and Williams Brook Blvd. Main Street Frontage features four retail storefronts with parking, and on the Williams Brook Drive side, there is a free-standing retail metal building with onsite parking and a storage area. High Traffic area within walking distance of the San Luis Port of Entry with over 8 million crossings per year.

PPEP will revitalize this building, built in 1980, back to life with needed capital improvements and plans to lease half of the retail commercial space - or 7,200 square feet, after completing some major rehab projects such as (Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC Systems, Painting, etc.).

The transaction closed September 1st, 2023
