Steele brings decades of hands-on field leadership experience, deep technical knowledge in construction operations, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, and efficient projects, making him a strategic addition to PREMIER’s expanding national team.
Steele is highly skilled in process scheduling, value engineering, project estimation, contractor coordination, and CPM scheduling. His expertise spans the full construction lifecycle—from preconstruction planning and coordination to installation and closeout. His leadership style emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration, making him an ideal fit for PREMIER’s people-first culture and client-focused approach.

In his new role, Steele will oversee all field operations across the Southwest Region. He will also focus on strengthening partnerships with clients and subcontractors. His presence will further solidify PREMIER’s reputation for operational excellence in the Southwest market.
