TUCSON, AZ (October 2, 2024) – Tucson Veterinary Specialists purchased the build-to-suit (BTS) building it has occupied since constructed in 2020 at the Ina Road Professional Center, 1601 West Ina Road in Tucson.
Rio West Development & Construction was the seller and built the 6,215-square-foot built-to-suit for Tucson Veterinary Specialists.
The property sold for $1,438,198 ($231.41 PSF) plus the four-year lease rate.
Tucson Veterinary Specialists (TVS) offers state-of-the-art specialty care and advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities.
