The seller Frank Liu with 7007 Gulf Ltd. sold to buyer, Lama Yaqoub, a long-time client of Mojahed.  The Burger King is located at 7011 Gulf Fwy right off the access road of a major highway.  The drive through property includes great co-tenants such as Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, Popeyes Louisiana Chicken and in near proximity is Home Depot, Denny’s, IHOP and more.

“This Burger King has a strong guarantor and the trade is exploding with new growth in the area,” Mojahed stated.  With over ±272k cars per day, the visibility for the national QSR chain will be supported by the strong population in the area.

These types of investments have strong guarantors and low risk investments.  Mojahed said, “In these trying times, buying an investment that is considered essential and can remain open has driven up the demand for these assets.
