CHANDLER, Ariz. – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of The Salvation Army Family Thrift Store, a 13,929-square-foot net-leased property located in Chandler, Arizona. According to Ryan Sarbinoff, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office, the asset sold for $3.3 million ($237 PSF).

Mark Ruble and Chris Lind, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The Salvation Army Family Thrift Store is located at 4920 South Arizona Avenue in the growing Chandler trade area. This property was built in 2009 on 1.83 acres and has over four years remaining on its corporate lease.
