SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (May 15, 2025) — Lifestyle Homes earned a coveted spot on the 2025 Builder 100 List by BUILDER Magazine. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Lifestyle Homes is a leading general contractor specializing in high-density build-to-rent communities across Arizona. The company was honored with other top home builders in the United States during a three-day summit in Dana Point, California, May 5–7.

The annual Builder 100 list recognizes the largest home builders in the United States based on closings and revenue from the year prior. This year’s honorees will be celebrated at the Builder 100 Leadership Summit held May 5–7 at The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel in Dana Point, CA.
Keller founded Lifestyle Homes in 2009 and has steadily grown the company from building spec homes to a regional leader in fee-based general contracting for large-scale residential developments. The company currently has approximately 13 projects underway and more than 2,500 homes in various stages of construction, in addition to providing horizontal infrastructure and amenities.
